    Yes, you can roll a 401(k) into a Variable Annuity as long as the Variable Annuity is a qualified account, an IRA.  Be sure to look closely at Variable Annuities.  I don't usually recommend rolling a 401(k) into these as there is market risk meaning you can lose the money you have worked so hard for.  Be sure you understand the pro's and con's in relation to what your goals are.
