What Does AER Mean In Annuities?

    There is a journal called, "The American Economic Review" published by the American Economic that has been in existence since 1911. This journal often writes about annuities, and the reference to the article will look something like this: aer.98.2.418. That is the only AER that I can find referring to annuities.
