    This would be a non owners Insurance and is basically an auto insurance policy without a car, so yes you can. A policy like this is very similar to a conventional auto insurance policy. SR22 can be for different reasons but the most common is for DUI and for a person who don't own a vehicle. This will reinstate your license with the DMV as long as you keep paying your premiums until the DMV states you don't need an sr22 any more.
