Do I Need To File A Claim If Damage Is Only To Another Persons Car?

i am wondering if you need to file a claim if there is no damage to your car but damage to another persons car in the accident?

    A report should always be filed with the police and your insurance company anytime there is an accident. This will help protect you against fraudulant claims in the future. If the accident is documented properly, after the investigation of the accident is completed there should not be any suprises that show up later.
