    Well sometimes it seems that way but no, auto insurance does not go up every year. If an insurance provider has a rate change this change would effect everyone in that state. These adjustments occur occasionally to keep the insurance company profitable so they can pay out claims. Other then that things that effect your rates are driving record, location, types of vehicles, age, marital status, sometimes occupation and education and even credit. Always discuss with your agent when you can do to keep your rates affordable while maintaining the proper coverage's.
