Very carefully! You want to be very careful not to hurt yourself as your options for medical care in prison where you will be sent after conviction of insurance fraud will be limited. And because the damage to your car was committed with fraudulent intent, you are not likely to collect anything from the insurance company anyway. The efforts put into this endeavor would likely serve you better directed elsewhere.

Actually, you can crash your car at any time. But if I were you, I would practice on your own house, garage or perhaps a basketball hoop in your yard. Why? Because, you don't want to deliberately hit another car or property, or else you could have a major legal problem.

Of course, I am not advocating you crash into anything. Insurance money is paid for legitimate claims and not deliberate damage.
