If you're like most people, you want to work with someone you can trust, and be sure that you've made the right decision.... that there will be no surprises if and when you have a claim. Also, most people don't want to be bored by all the complexities of insurance. They just want to know what's important to them and their situation. I get that. And for that reason, I consider insurance a social event... like having a cup of coffee with a friend.
