Since disability insurance pays for time off for pregnancy and childbirth, being pregnant is considered a pre-existing condition and you cannot usually apply for disability insurance while pregnant. In my experience, the application is postponed until after the baby is born, but you might be able to modify the policy to exclude pregnancy related disability so that you can go forward with the application.
