    No, while USAA does offer many different types of insurance products, USAA does not offer Disability Insurance. If associated with the military and having a disability incurred to military service, the VA will pay disability benefits. If you are looking to purchase Disability Insurance while working in the private sector, there are many other Life Insurance companies through which you can purchase it.
