    The PPACA or Obamacare as it's know, allows children to remain on their parents medical insurance until age 26. There is no provision in the health care legislation to accommodate grandchildren, a major oversight of it's designers. But if grandparents are the legal guardians of their grandchildren, it is possible that a join them on a policy.
