    Yes, you can still get health insurance. The Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) requirements that do away with medical underwriting and make policies guaranteed to be issued and prohibit pre-existing condition exclusions, rate-ups and/or waiting periods from being applied to health insurance policies should guarantee you access to coverage. Having donated an organ or being on a waiting list to donate an organ cannot be taken into consideration.
