Liposuction is normally a cosmetic procedure. Major medical plans, including those offered through Cigna, typically only provide coverage for procedures that are considered to be medically necessary.
If your doctor can convince the carrier that liposuction is necessary for your overall well being, there is a chance the procedure could be covered . . . but I would not count on it . . .
