   Based on my 32 years of experience as a broker, I do not believe that an elective C-Section is covered by a standard individual or private health insurance plan.
   
   I am assuming that the normal vaginal delivery was recommended and deemed safe for the expectant mother and the attending physician did NOT recommend the C-Section.
