Health insurance is designed to cover the costs of medical care if you're sick or injured and many have wellness benefits to prevent you from getting sick and catching it early if you become sick.  If the Rhinoplasty is prescribed because there is a significant health reason, it may very well be covered.  There has to be a medical reason for a doctor to recommend it and it, most likely, would have to be pre-approved by the carrier.  If there is no medical reason for the surgery, your health insurance company will not cover it.  If you believe you have a medical case. consult your doctor and have them submit to the company for a pre-approval.  If you don't have a medical reason, I doubt you'll get it covered.  I hope this helps.
