   Health insurance is designed to cover needed health expenses and preventative expenses, not elective procedures so chances are a Rhinoplasty would not be covered. The only way to know for sure is to check with your insurance company. For this reason some foreign countries with lower healthcare costs such as Costa Rica tends to be popular destinations for elective surgery.
