Does Obama Care Require Everyone To Have Health Insurance?

    Under the Affordable Care Act, everyone must have some sort of creditable coverage or pay a penalty that will be assessed by the IRS.  Because the Affordable Care Act eliminates pre-existing conditions and provides subsidies, it is necessary for all to be required to have health insurance in order to help keep rates down as low as possible.
