If you don't have access to a Group/Employer sponsored health insurance plan than you would have to apply for a policy on the Individual market. Based on what you qualify for and what what your budget is will directly reflect the type of policy you will get.
The only other option would be government sponsored plans, however, many times these are difficult to qualify for.
