Health insurance for a family of four depends on many factors including your age, zip code, health conditions and what type of coverage you want.

A temporary plan could cost as little as $140 pr month, depending on deductibles and ages. A comprehensive plan, would of course cost more.

A top-rated website or an experienced broker can quickly compare the best options and quickly review which specific policies fit your situation the best.

It will depend on a couple of factors as mentioned above in previous post; age, sex, prior health, zip code, etc. In addition it will depend on (1) deductible you choose. Higher deductible typically means lower monthly premim (2) carrier you chose to go with. Some carriers are more competitive in some areas than others.  You would be looking at a plan to cover adults and children and could range anywhere from the low $500 to as much as $1000 a month depending again on a variety of factors.
