    When you say "government health insurance" if you're referring to Healthcare Reform, or "Obamacare", the rates depend on many factors - such as age, who is on the policy, zip code, which plan you buy, etc. There will be subsidies as well - so it depends if you're eligible for a subsidy. In reality, the actual rates have not been published yet, and won't be made public until open enrollment, starting 10/1/13.
