    I would encourage you not to assume that you cannot afford health insurance coverage. You can still obtain quotes from companies that have historically provided individual policies and they will continue to do so and you may find a better fit for your needs by calling Humana or Golden Rule(UHC) or your local insurance agent can assist you. If you fail to have coverage the rules after 03/31/2014 is you must pay the fine. One of the objectives of the ACA is stop individuals that do not have coverage failing to pay into the health care system.
