    Well, you nearly had me stumped on this one. It kind of sounded like health insurance for families who live by the ocean (I know bad joke). But, after a little research it appears that Family Floater Health Insurance is a form of health insurance coverage offered in India. As such it really has no relevance to the health insurance needs of U.S. citizens or legal U.S. residents.
