    The average cost of health insurance in Rhode Island very much depends on the type of coverage that you elect to have.

    Next year the exchange program under the Patient Protection and Affordability Care Act of 2010 (PPACA) will dramatically change pricing, but again averages will be subject to interpretation and counted guidelines as coverage will vary and so will prices.
