    Unless you qualify for Medicaid there is no such thing.  Health Insurance, even under the Affordable Care Act is not free.  Even Medicaid is paid for by someone.  Starting in October, you will be able to enroll in one of the Marketplaces that will be set up and you may qualify for a government subsidy that may pay all or most of your premium.  Health Insurance is never free.
