   Cigna Health Insurance Company has more than one network of providers, meaning just because a doctor or medical facility accepts one Cigna plan, it may not accept all Cigna plans. The best way to ensure your health plan is accepted by your physician is to call the customer service department for a pre-authorization before receiving any treatments. You can also check Cigna's online provider directory, found at http://www.cigna.com/web/public/hcpdirectory, however that directory can not always be counted on to remain 100% up to date.
