Guests to a home are covered by the Homeowners Insurance Policy as far as Medical Payments are concerned.   Most policies afford Medical Payments to Others (Guests) and are offered on a Per Person basis not to exceed an Aggregrate amount of $25,000 per occurrence.   It is most common for the Per Person amount to be $1,000, $2,000 or $5,000.

The homeowners deductible does not apply to claims made under Section II (Liability & Medical Payments to Others).

Please review your current declarations page to confirm the coverage amounts on your specific policy.
