   That all depends on if you have your homeowners insurance escrowed or not. If you have your homeowners insurance paid by your mortgage lender then your homeowners insurance premium will typically be paid annually. If you pay your homeowners insurance your self you can typically elect to pay it monthly or annually. Some carriers may even allow quarterly or semi-annually. Every company is different, please contact your local agent to find out how your carrier handles these types of transaction.
