If you have a dispute with an insurance company, read the policy.  The policy is designed to be readable.  If there is something you don’t understand in the policy, get help.  You can get help from a number of sources ranging from another agent or friend to legal counsel.  You are not required to accept the verdict of the adjuster.  If you feel some vital information has not been considered, tell your agent.  Make sure you have the facts.  The companies are usually very careful before they deny a claim.
