    When it comes to foundation damage it would really depend on what caused the damage. In most cases foundation damage is caused by settling which is not a covered peril so there would be no coverage. I highly recommend you discuss this potential loss with your agent about the nature of the foundation damage to see if there would be coverage on your policy
