For someone to have life insurance on you, you would have had to sign an application for the policy. No one can take our a life insurance policy on another person without their permission. If there was an exam or phone interview, as is required with most policies, you would have had to also done those. So you would know if someone has a life insurance policy on you.

the only possible explanation for you not to be aware that someone took out a life insurance policy on you without your knowledge would have been as a child. Your parents or grandparents could have purchased a life insurance policy on you as a child. Since you were a minor you would not have been required to sign the application. Otherwise, as Peggy stated, no.
