About three years ago, LIMRA released data from their studies that stated about 48% of all Americans own individual life insurance.

Keep in mind that this number does not include those who have group life insurance through their employer.

Also note that this was research released a few years ago, so the number could be less or more presently.

Latest survey shows 70% of Americans own life insurance. But the vast majority own the wrong kind. They have insurance you have to die to get paid by. Instead, there is a new kind of life insurance that pays you while you are living. It will cover, of course, your death, but it also covers you for chronic care, critical care, or other such needs, while you are living! It is available through Premier Financial Alliance, and it grows a large vat of cash for you to use, including for your retirement. Talk with your agent. Thank you.
