   Assuming that the phrase “income” is benefit payments from a long term care insurance (LTCi) policy or from a hybrid annuity-long term care insurance rider policy, the answer should be no. There is a question on hybrid life insurance, but generally payouts on the LTCi claim are not characterized as income.
