    If you are receiving Social Security benefits at age 65, you will be enrolled automatically in Medicare Part A and Part B. If you are not yet receiving Social Security benefits at age 65, you can sign up three months prior to the month of your 65th birthday, the month of your 65th birthday, and three months after the month of your 65th birthday.
