You can change Medigap plans any time you wish, as long as you can pass medical underwriting.

When you are initially eligible for Medicare, and your Part A and Part B begins, you have 6 months to sign up for a Medigap plan without evidence of insurability. You can change as many times as you want during that 6 month period. After that time evidence of insurability is required in most states.
