    No. If you have full Medicaid assistance you no longer need a Medigap Supplement policy. Everything that is not covered by Medicare will be covered by Medicaid.

    However you should make sure you are on full Medicaid. There are some people who get Medicaid assistance that pays their Medicare Part B Premium and RX assistance but does not pay their Medicare co-pays or deductibles.
