    Most of the U.S.
    Medicare will cover care provided by a Home Health Agency if the HHA is Medicare certified and was ordered by a doctor. In addition, you must qualify by being homebound and requiring skilled care. The skilled care can be skilled nursing care or skilled physical, educational or speech therapy. Being homebound means having extreme difficult leaving home and needing assistance of some sort to do so.
