Original Medicare covers primary and acute health care but does not include routine dental and vision services.

If you have a disease or injury to your eye, Medicare will cover the treatment of the condition.

Same for dental. If you have an illness in your mouth, such as cancer, Medicare will normally cover restorative treatment.

Medicare does not cover routine dental and vision services. However, if you incur a disease or injury to your eye typically medicare will cover the treatment. Also if you develop a disease/illness in your mouth medicare will typically cover the treatment . I recommend contacting an independent agent that specializes in Medicare to discuss option for additional dental/vision insurance coverage
