    Medicare Part B covers some diabetic supplies, including blood glucose testing monitors, blood glucose test strips, lancets, lancet devices, and glucose control solutions. People with diabetes may receive shoe inserts to prevent foot sores, and some may even receive therapeutic shoes. 

    Medicare Part D covers syringes and other supplies associated with the administration of insulin.
