   Remember that Part D Drug Coverage is provided through private carriers, such as United Healthcare, Humana, etc... so the formularies may vary. So the answer is - have your agent check formularies of various companies to see where you might get the best deal. Having said that, in most cases, it will probably be covered, but in Tier 5 which means that you'll pay 33% of the cost.
