To my knowledge, Lucentis is not yet on the approved list for Medicare prescription drug plans. It was not listed on the Medicare drug formulary finder which is a good indication is not covered.

Lucentis is used to treat macular degeneration. In tests it has proven no more effective than Bevacizuman which is about $42 per dose vs $1600 for Lucentis.
