    There is no cap on what Medicare will pay per year. If you are having medical services that Medicare covers at all, they will pay their portion. You will be responsible for the deductibles and co-pays unless you have a Medicare Supplement (Medigap) Insurance to cover those.

    Medicare Advantage plans are also not allowed to have caps.
