The Medicare Part B premium is $104.90 per month for most people on Medicare.  However, the Part B premium can be higher if your taxable income is higher than $85,000 for an individual or above $170,000 for a married couple.  They will look at your income over the last 2 years to determine your monthly premium.  The higher your income is the more your Part B premium will be.
