    Obamacare reduces funding for Medicare by more than $700 billion between now and 2020. The reductions will be used to fund health insurance premiums for those under age 65 that are not currently insured as well as those with coverage that the government does not consider "affordable".

    These reductions will result in Medicare beneficiaries paying more in out of pocket costs for their health care.
