   You are asking the most troubling question as a result of the ACA confusion. Why would a politician pass a "entitlement program" and require contributions to the plan and then assume some right to invade the trust fund to pay for thier current "I need to buy your vote campaign"? It should be illegal and the citizens should not tolerate any politician-balck, white, red or orange that would violate the trust of the citizens that has been required to contribute. The ACA was designed with plans to steal $700 billion from Medicare. I now hear talk that as the doctors are eliminated and the hospitals are removed from the approved treatment centers a medicare patient will find it very difficult to find medical services.
