   Medicare Part B covers dialysis treatment and some related supplies. Medicare will cover dialysis in an outpatient clinic and in some cases in the home.
   
   Medicare will not pay for an in home dialysis aide.
   
   After you have satisfied your Part B deductible, Medicare pays 80% of the cost of dialysis.
