The Medicare Part B deductible for 2014 is $147.  This is different from the Medicare Part B premium that you pay out of your Social Security.

Medicare Supplement insurance can help pay your Part B deductible but not your Medicare Part B premium.

In 2014, most people pay $104.90 for their Medicare Part B monthly premium.
