    The medicare insurance premium, I assume you are referring to the amount deducted from your social security check each month(104.90), remains the same for 2014. The only thing that could cause your premiums to increase is if you have had a significant increase in your AGI, perhaps you have started taking distributions from an IRA account, and  your AGI exceeds $85,000 for single, or $170,000 for MFJ
