    I assume you know that Medicare is only available to citizens that has reached 65 years of age or have End stage Renal Disease or have been declared to be disabled and have drawn social security benefits for two years. The provider of any covered "medicare services" can file a claim for those services and can expect Medicare to send them the check that covers the treatment you were provided. The check is not sent to you.
