    A disabled person is eligible for Medicare Part A and Part B after 24 months of being disabled. The disabled person is automatically enrolled in Medicare after getting two years of Social Security Disability benefits. If someone is age 65 and has just recently been disabled, they can still receive Medicare at age 65.
