   You may qualify for Medicare Part A and Part B if you have met the requirements of one of the following:
   
   1) Age 65, you or your spouse have paid FICA taxes at least 10 years, and you are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States,
   
   2) You are under age 65 and have received Social Security Disability benefits for 2 years, or
   
   3) You have qualified End Stage Renal Disease.
