    Medicare does not normally pay for a blood pressure machine. Two exceptions are if you are suspected to have "white coat syndrome" where your blood pressure goes up when taken by a health care professional. Then Medicare may pay for an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring device that takes your blood pressure periodically over a 24 hour period. Or if you are on dialysis in your home, Medicare will pay for your blood pressure monitor and stethoscope.
